Find below information on QAA’s Call for Expressions of Interest to Act as Quality Assurance Reviewer. INQAAHE hopes you find this information useful.
The Quality Assurance Authority (QAA), is a statutory body under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Tertiary Education, Science and Technology, vested with the national mandate to inter-alia monitor the standards of higher education and conduct Quality Audits of higher education institutions (HEI) in the Republic of Mauritius.
The QAA will be conducting quality audits of HEIs in the form of Institutional Quality Reviews (IQR). The IQR is an external quality assurance mechanism through which the QAA conducts an evaluation of the internal quality assurance of HEIs against pre-established quality standards based on a developmental and enhancement led approach.
For this purpose, the Authority is inviting for expressions of interest from the academic and quality assurance communities to act as peer reviewers on the Institutional Quality Review (IQR) Panels of the QAA. All the expressions of interest received will be included in a database of the QAA and our representative will be in contact with the selected experts with a proposal to participate in particular IQR exercises for the QAA, Mauritius.
Interested individuals should indicate their expressions of interest, accompanied by their Curriculum Vitae to the QAA via email on qad@qaa.ac.mu at latest by Monday 05 February 2024
Please, check the official call for further details.
