On May 15, 2025 (Thu) at 17:30 JST (UTC +9, Tokyo local time) INQAAHE members are invited to the second General Assembly meeting of 2025, during the frame of the INQAAHE Conference 2025. The newly elected INQAAHE Board of Directors will be presented. Furthermore, an update regarding the INQAAHE Forum 2026 will be provided. The proposals submitted by the candidates in the election to host the INQAAHE Conference 2027 will also be presented. Finally, the Certificates of Alignment will be conferred upon those agencies having successfully concluded an alignment process.

Voting will be done online through the usual platform after the second General Assembly Meeting of 2025, from May 15 until May 25 at 23:59 GMT/UTC +1. Results will be announced on May 26. Remember that, as stated in the Constitution, the General Assembly is the plenary policy and decision-making body of the Network. It is composed of Full and Associate Members of INQAAHE, each represented by one nominated individual. So only one representative of each INQAAHE Full and Associate member will be allowed to vote on the beforementioned items.
