Estonian Quality Agency for Education (HAKA) is the leading competence center in Estonia in the field of quality assessment of educational institutions. We are guided by the best international practice in our work and we apply up-to-date know-how flexibly, based on the local context and educational strategic goals. In addition, we inform stakeholders about the results of assessments and their analyses. Our mission is to promote quality in the field of education and thereby increase the competitiveness of the Estonian society.
