INQAAHE is pleased to announce that the registration for the upcoming INQAAHE Conference 2025 is now available.
Registration fees
Registration is already available online through the official Conference 2025 website.
To provide flexibility for the attendees, we are offering an Early Bird registration fee, available until 15 February 2025. After this date, the regular registration fee will be applied. Additionally, a group discount is available for institutions registering three or more participants.
For members and non-members from Least Developed Countries (LDCs)*, we are pleased to offer a special rate for participants coming from LDCs to support participation.

Agenda
A first tentative agenda is already available which divides the Conference into four days:
- Pre-Conference Workshops (13 May)
- Conference Day 1 (14 May)
- Conference Day 2 (15 May)
- Social Day (16 May)

Venue
The confirmed venue of the Conference is the Akasaka Intercity Conference Center.
The Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) will be sponsoring the event.
