On April 17, 2025 (Thu) at 15:00 CEST/UTC +2 INQAAHE members are invited to the first General Assembly meeting of 2025. The Board will present the Annual Report 2024, the Financial Statements, the budget/projections for 2025, 2026 and 2027, and the minutes from the first and second General Assembly Meetings of 2024, held on March 21 and June 12, respectively, for their approval. Please, take into consideration some of this documentation needs to be externally reported once approved.
Regarding the 2025 Board Elections, the General Assembly will also be expected to vote on the list of nominated candidates to the INQAAHE Board. The General Assembly is requested to select one (1) candidate to represent the current position that is now vacant.

The INQAAHE General Assembly needs to review the following documentation:

- Minutes from the second General Assembly Meeting of 2024, held on June 12

- Budget/projections for 2025, 2026 and 2027
- Nominees to the INQAAHE Board Elections 2025

Voting will be done online through the usual platform after the first General Assembly Meeting of 2025, from April 18 (Friday) until April 27 (Sunday) at 23:59 GMT/UTC +1. Results will be announced on April 28 (Monday). Remember that, as stated in the Constitution, the General Assembly is the plenary policy and decision-making body of the Network. It is composed of Full and Associate Members of INQAAHE, each represented by one nominated individual. So only one representative of each INQAAHE Full and Associate member will be allowed to vote on the beforementioned items.
