On March 21, 2024 (Thu) at 14:00 CET/UTC +1 INQAAHE members are invited to the first General Assembly meeting of 2024. The Board will present the Annual Report 2023 and Financial Statements (included in this report), budgets, and minutes of the General Assembly meeting held on May 31, 2023, for their approval. Please, take into consideration some of this documentation needs to be externally reported once approved.
Regarding the 2024 Board Elections, the General Assembly will also be expected to vote on the list of nominated candidates to the INQAAHE Board. The General Assembly is requested to select up to seven (7) candidates to represent the current positions that are now vacant.

Voting will be done electronically after the meeting. More details regarding the voting will be provided during the meeting. Remember that, as stated in the Constitution, the General Assembly is the plenary policy and decision-making body of the Network. It is composed of GGP Aligned, Full and Associate Members of INQAAHE, each represented by one nominated individual. So only one representative of each INQAAHE GGP Aligned, Full and Associate member will be allowed to vote on the beforementioned items.
