Feedback from Participants

“An interactive and insightful workshop. The discussions among the participants, from different organizations and QA agencies, further facilitate the learning. Overall, it is a well-designed and professionally delivered workshop.”

“Overall the workshop was very well organised. As a foreign participant, I did not find any problem to follow the course. The number of participants being small, it promoted good interaction and sharing of knowledge and ideas. The delivery by the facilitator was excellent and everything was put is simple terms for a good understanding. The workshop was delivered in a way that was easy to grasp the concepts. Not only new knowledge was acquired, but also a new way of thinking and looking at things. This has been a very enriching experience and hopefully I will be able to “adapt and adopt” what I have learnt during these five days in my country.”

“The guest speakers are very professional.”

“Rare opportunity to visit and learn from the operators.”
