Dear INQAAHE Members,
On the 26th of April you are invited to the General Assembly meeting where the Board will present the Annual Report 2020 as well as the Financial Statements 2020 for your approval, so these can be externally reported. We would like to introduce the next INQAAHE Constitution which contemplates the transition to a Permanent Secretariat, redefines the position of Chief Executive Officer and complies with New Zealand (where the Network is currently established) and Spanish regulation (where the Permanent Secretariat will be based).
During the GA you will have an opportunity to ask any questions that you might have regarding the performance and finances of 2020. To attend the GA 1 meeting, please, register here. Once the registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as well as the ZOOM link to the meeting.
These are the documents that INQAAHE General Assembly needs to review:
- Annual Report 2020 (which includes the Financial Statements 2020)
- Budget 2021-2022
- Constitution 2021 (which includes the list of amendments to the current Constitution)
- Minutes of the General Assembly meetings held in 2020
