A first tentative agenda of the Forum is already available which divides the Forum into four days:

- Forum Day 1 (11 June)
- Forum Day 2 (12 June)
- Social Day (13 June)

The venue of the Conference is the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest (UPB).
ARACIS and University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest (UPB) will count with the support of the Romanian Ministry of Education. Also, other institutions/organisations which will support ARACIS and UPB in organising the event are: Euronews Romania; Radio France International Romania; the National Union of Students from Romania (UNSR); and the National Alliance of Student Organisations in Romania (ANOSR).
